Return Policy
It's important to us at (Q)aiju that you are satisfied with your purchase. We work diligently to ensure that each product we sell is accurately respresented on the site and is of the best possible quality.
Under certain circumstances, we can faciliate a return or exchange if there is a flaw in the product or if the product is improperly shipped. These circumstances must be reported within 15 days of reciept of the order. Please use the contact form to request information about returns or exchanges.
Currently, we are unable to extend refunds.
To faciliate a satisfactory shopping experience, clothing prices will never vary due to size difference.
